Phillips County Raceway is a Half Mile "Paper Clip"

and provides exciting strait-away speeds and is

very racy in the corners.

The track is located in Holyoke Colorado in the North Eastern section of the state. The pits are located in the infield and on the fan side the grandstands are covered with a good selection in concessions.
